Before requesting service
Email info@cosmoscapsule.com with the machine model, serial number if available, photos or video of the issue, controller screenshots, alarm codes, shop power details, and a clear description of what changed before the issue started.
Warranty review
Warranty terms depend on the final equipment package, supplier agreement, installation scope, consumables, wear parts, electrical conditions, and operating environment. Consumables, damage caused by incorrect power, improper operation, or unauthorized modification may be excluded.
Request support review with machine details, photos, videos, and the issue description so the correct next step can be confirmed.
